Mike Selph

Director of Client Services

In addition to technical operations, Alere Toxicology Services, Inc. has a highly qualified individual overseeing Client Services. With over 20 years experience in the substance abuse testing industry, Mike Selph functions as the Director of Client Services and is responsible for ensuring that our clients receive exceptional customer service, mediating special client concerns, and representing client interests within Senior Management. He monitors customer service operations to ensure that clients receive prompt, courteous, and professional assistance and interacts with the various departments to ensure that client problems are resolved and that proper client follow-up is coordinated. Prior to Alere, Mr. Selph gained experience in the substance abuse testing industry by working with an Occupational Health Group and two other laboratories, one of which was also SAMHSA-certified. Mr. Selph had a distinguished career in the U.S. Navy for seven years, receiving several medals and commendations for Sea Service and Military.
